Google data we access

Depending on the permissions granted to Cardo Growth, the application may access:

• Google Ads account, campaign and advertising performance information, including campaign configuration, impressions, clicks, costs, conversions and related reporting metrics.
• Google Analytics 4 property and reporting information, including users, sessions, traffic acquisition, pages, events, conversions and related analytics metrics.
• Google Search Console property and reporting information, including search queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average search position, indexing information and sitemap information.
• Account, property and resource identifiers required to retrieve and associate requested reports.

The application does not use its Google integration to access Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, personal email content or unrelated Google Account data.

How access is authorized

Cardo Growth Marketing Data MCP accesses only Google accounts, advertising accounts, analytics properties and search properties for which Cardo Growth has been explicitly granted the necessary permissions.

Access is configured by the relevant account, organization or property administrator.

The application uses server-to-server authentication and requests only the permissions required to provide its reporting and analytics functions.

How Google API data is used

Google API data may be used to:

• provide marketing performance reporting;
• analyze advertising performance;
• analyze website and acquisition performance;
• analyze organic search performance;
• compare periods, channels, campaigns, pages and search queries;
• identify anomalies, trends and optimization opportunities;
• prepare reports and business recommendations; and
• answer analytics and reporting requests made by authorized Cardo Growth users.

Google API data is not sold.

Google API data is not used by Cardo Growth to create unrelated advertising profiles or for advertising targeting unrelated to the authorized client's engagement.

Processing infrastructure and service providers

Cardo Growth uses infrastructure and processing providers necessary to operate Cardo Growth Marketing Data MCP.

Relevant Google API results may be processed through:

• OVHcloud infrastructure used to operate the secure application server and integration;
• OpenAI / ChatGPT, used as Cardo Growth's authorized AI workspace and analysis interface; and
• Google infrastructure required to access the relevant Google APIs.

These providers are used to deliver infrastructure, processing or analysis requested by authorized Cardo Growth users.

Cardo Growth does not provide Google API data to these providers for their own advertising purposes.

Storage and retention

Cardo Growth Marketing Data MCP retrieves Google API reporting information on demand.

The application is not designed as a standalone permanent warehouse of Google reporting data.

Google-derived information may nevertheless be retained when an authorized user intentionally incorporates it into an analysis, report, workspace conversation, client deliverable or other legitimate business record.

Such information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the applicable business purpose, contractual relationship, legal obligation or data-management requirement.

Sharing of Google API data

Cardo Growth does not sell Google API data.

Google API information may be disclosed only where necessary to:

• authorized Cardo Growth personnel;
• the client or organization that owns or controls the relevant Google account or property;
• infrastructure and processing providers necessary to operate the application; or
• authorities where disclosure is legally required.

Security

Access to Cardo Growth Marketing Data MCP is restricted to authorized systems and users.

Application credentials and API credentials are maintained separately from public website content and application source code.

Cardo Growth applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to prevent unauthorized access, use or disclosure of Google API information.

Revoking access

The relevant Google account, Google Ads account, Google Analytics property or Google Search Console property administrator may revoke Cardo Growth's access by removing the permissions previously granted to Cardo Growth.

Requests concerning Google-derived information retained by Cardo Growth may also be sent to agustin@cardogrowth.agency.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Cardo Growth's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
